Report the result of a fingerprint enrolment

/device/enroll

On success the backend links (device_id, uid) to the person chosen in the dashboard and clears
the registration flag. On failed the flag stays on until it expires so the person can retry.
Accepted up to 10 minutes after the flag expired. Resending the same success returns duplicate: true.
